7 Days of Chinese Wellness

Seven mornings. Seven habits Chinese families have quietly practiced for centuries — simplified for a Western life, with no mysticism and nothing to buy.

What arrives each morning

  • DAY 1

    The Warm Start

Why the first glass is warm, and the two-slice ginger test to discover your own pattern.

  • DAY 2

    Hegu (LI4)

The one hand point for head tension — exact location and a 2-minute desk routine.

  • DAY 3

    Breakfast From a Pot

The congee logic: warm, wet, easy. Three 15-minute Western-kitchen versions included.

  • DAY 4

    Zusanli (ST36)

The "longevity point" below the knee — Japan's royal family reportedly pressed it daily.

  • DAY 5

    Baduanjin in Ten Minutes

Eight movements taught in Chinese hospitals, with the exact follow-along routine to search.

  • DAY 6

    The 11pm Wind-Down

The organ-clock sleep rule, the Zi-Wu midday rest, and the warm-foot-bath finish.

  • DAY 7

    Eat to Seven-Tenths

The longevity habit Confucius and Okinawan centenarians share — and how to actually do it.

Questions

Is this medical advice?

No. The guide covers daily wellness habits — food, movement, sleep, acupressure. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and every email flags symptoms that need real medical care.

Do I need special equipment or herbs?

Nothing beyond a kitchen, a bucket for warm water, and ten minutes a day. All the foods are ordinary supermarket ingredients.

What happens after day 7?

You'll get occasional new articles from the Wisdom Library — roughly once a week. One click unsubscribes, permanently.

Why does my email app open?

This site deliberately keeps sign-up simple and private: pressing the button creates a pre-addressed email to us. You press send, we add you to the list manually. No tracking pixels, no third-party forms.
